Maybe you can try to adjust the height of the hotbed when it's printing, that can be more precise.

You maybe need to check whether you install the Z end stop correctly, and check whether the endstop works. Better swap one.

Maybe you can try to reconnect the screen cable, on both ends.
You can also try to connect the printer and a computer with USB cable, turn on the printer, then try to check whether the printer can be recognize, like the picture attached.

I think you should slice the model, and preview it, let's check the outcome.
You can also give me the stl file, so that we can check the model for you.

The operation of the 3D printer is pretty easy, you just need a computer to use slicing software, use a TF card to save the Gcode file, then the printer will print it automatically.
Maybe you can search some resource on Youtube first, or ask the seller directly.

I think you should try other slicing software or model files, like the one attached.
