I figured it out.

I have the make a jumper from the four pin 12v to the + on the hotend connector. Immediately the heatbed connector started working.

After more trouble shooting I have found the MOSFET on the hotend connector to be burnt out.

I'm am currently looking for a replacement.

Okay I think I have ruled out the power supply as being the problem.
I am working on trouble shooting this more but I'm wondering if anyone has had any problems like this?

Is there a way I can make a jumper to jump around the burnt trace?

Printrboard trace burn

I have burned up two geeeetech printrboards and can't seem to figure out why. The motors still run fine one both card but no heat from the hot end.

A close look shows a burnt trace going from the power over to the hotend connector.

I'm running a 203watt Xbox power supply
12.23v at 16amps ...
