ok, now I feel so ignorant. Why can I not get my motherboards to get past their debug stage?

I have another question that is because I noticed there were no heatsinks on the stepper ic's, are they needed?

I cannot do anything because once I power up the board than after one boing all three axis start moving and wont stop till I power down.
I took the board from my other printer and replaced it to this one and everything is good, in fact I have already printed with it so I know there is nothing wrong ...

I have been building another 3d printer and finally got to connect. The new board I just bought from you wont do anything but one startup boing, then all steppers drive erratically and crash the endstops.
