Thank you for your response, the power net is 220.
It seems everything is connected alright, you can see the photos here. (Red cable is positive and black is negative as you said but I think your connection is wrong)

Hello I have a problem with the power supply that I bought with the Delta Kit.
The problem seems to be that the power supply is not allways at 12 Volts.
When I turn it on, without the USB connected it is at 2.83V. Here comes the first problem as the LCD screen does not have enough power to run ...
