Please tell me which type of the endstop you use.
Usually, the endstop has two status: NO and NC. Probably its status is incorrect. Press the endstop to check if the motor moves.
If it moves, You have 2 solutions:
1.Reverse the wiring of endstop;
2.Turn the identificaiton into Inverse ...

3 jumper caps should be plugged under each A4988 module. And there should be a jumper cap above the second A4988.
