Hmm not sure. 245 for the extruder seems pretty high. I keep mine about 205 and bed at 100 first layer and 95 the rest.
My theory from looking at it is there is too much heat between the extruder and bed causing a warp effect. If course when you go up in payers the heat between the extruder and bed ...

Re: Bad Print Quality
Extruder needs to be down far enough that you can just slide a piece of paper under it. not loosely but snug.
As for the piece moving, everyone has this issue and there are different ways to fix it. It only seems to happen on thicker parts for me. Once method is blue basking tape on the glass ...

Re: Extruder stopped extruding only on print jobs
This was due to extruder being too close to heat bed. Once I raised it just a hair, it worked fine. So this is resolved.

Loose Belts can cause this also. Make sure you belts are good and tight.

Re: Software not moving my motors Acryic I3
The picture of the board wiring for the stepper motors were showing red wires on a red board.
Once I zoomed all the way in, I realized I had it wired wrong on the board. Once I plugged into the right spots, it worked fine for me.

Re: Acrylic prusa i3 ramps 1.4 mega 2560 motor problems
I fixed mine when I had this issue. I downloaded the wiring diagram of the board and zoomed it 200% and realized I didnt have the plugs wired right. I had them going straight across and realized they needed to go downward. I can try to post a pic when I get a chance. The wire diagram is kind of a ...

Extruder stopped extruding only on print jobs
So my printer was working great yesterday. I made no changes yet now when I try to print the extruder is not extruding plastic.
If I stop the job and press extrude in the firmware, it extrudes fine but when I go back to a print job nothing??
Not sure why it only stops working during a print job. Any ...

Re: Extruder feed Issues
Ended up taking the colling fan and the heat sink off the extruder to see what the problem is. Looks like when feeding the filament, the path isnt aligned too good and the plastic tries to move back away from the hole. I took a screw driver and pushed it forward moving it along and it fed fine, so I ...

Re: Extruder feed Issues
No, same result. It gets into the start of the hole after the motor then stops. If I touch the outside of the extruder tip with the plastic, it melts fine so it isn't a heat issue. It is almost as if something in the extruder hole is obstructed. I don't want to take the extruder apart if I can help ...

Re: Extruder feed Issues
I did press the spring and when it gets past the motor I can see it going into the hole but then it stops. The extruder is plenty hot enough to melt it but it won't feed down far enough to get to the hot end.
