It is brand new printer, no one has touch the firmware .

when I set up the xaxis (from 80to 40 steps/mm) steps to half of the yaxis (80 steps/mm) it provide accurate print . By the way the stepper controller for the xaxis was not working I had extra one that I use .

Yes exactly it is double size on x axis

I have brand new Mecreator printer that x axis doesn't work , to make long story short , I have changed the stepper controller and it works , my main issue is

when I print the part stretched on the x axis . Please send me the firmware ASAP as the buyer need his printer ASAP ( digitmakers@gmail.com ...

If the wiring is ok you will need to adjust the stepper motor controller rheostat to above 1.2 volts .

I think that the extruder skipping on a large parts due to torque problems .

Iam not saying that you have design problem. The stepper tune very light when I turn it when the Power is off. Do you think we should replace it ?

I have customers macerator the X axis losing torque and shift in the middle of the print , please see attached. I slice the parts and print it in another printer no problem . what do you think is the problem ?
What is the stepper motor (small one) spec?
Only this problem when I print large part.

After many diagnosis I found the problem it was bad wiring connection to the extruder that make the extruder stepper acting the way shown in the video , after taking the cable wire off the printer and fixing the connection , the printer is working properly .
