Re: printing setting and fixing
Does your test printer from company has banding every 5 layers.
I print a 20mm cube.
Actual measure is 19.2mm z, and 19.1mm for side.
banding occurs every 5 layers or so.
Do you have any other suggestion.
The only other I can think off is the wobble of the z-axis rode. bend not straight.

Re: printing setting and fixing
HI,
I tried tighten the x axis and y-axis. Same thing.
Print: banding every 5 layers same size as the z-axis M8 rod (which is 1.25mm)
Questions: is I3 Pro using Z Rod M8 > 1.25mm correct????
200x16/1.25=2560 step for 1mm.
so 2560* 0.2 mm layer = 512 even number so OK>
But the x axis and yaxis ...

Print: banding every 5 layers
Hi
Does anyone have this problem.
i3 pro with sangupolol 1.3. repetier, windows 7.
Nozzle 0.4mm, layer height 02.m speed set to 30mm/s for all.
Every print I do, and every 5 layers I have banding on the object.
I double check the banding is about the same size aas the Z-rode thread.
Is it because ...

PTFE Tube for 1.75 and mk8
Hi
My nozzle was clog for Mk8. So I took it apart and clean it.
1.75mm nozzle 0.3mm.
Anyway, a piece of PTFE Tube for 1.75 fell off.
I didn't see where it come from. Do you have a picture of Pteee tube 1.75mm where I should put back into mk8 extruder.
Thank
