That there sounds like a smartass comment. How can I recommend this printer to my customers if they are going to have the same problem? You don't buy a new car and then go and have to buy parts for it to make it work.

yes, but come on, you can clearly see where the sag is taking place, and it certainly isn't from those screws as then the extruders would be at an angle to the support, which they are not.
Something is up with the design for the support. If you have an improved version I can print it on my single ...

yes, in fact I have tightened them a couple of times.

My dual extruder mount is not looking so good. It is "sagging" a good 10 degrees.

Ok, I did that, and it is now readable, but, it is not as bright as my single head extruder
