The fans or leds never worked, and didn't worked too after reversing the cables.
And the psu works and gives 12,2v more or less (measured with a multimeter) if I unplug the mainboard power connector.
And I dont have any other psu or board to try... but I think maybe the problem is with ...

Just tried to reverse the power wiring, and didn't solved anything. The same noises from the psu...
