LCD Panel Knob not Working anymore
I have had my I3B pro for about 6 months now and the knob used to control the LCD panel no longer works. I can control the LCD panel at all so I can no longer print via SD cards which is not good. How do I go about getting a new LCD unit since there is a 1 year warranty on this?

What would the latest version of audrino do for me. The problem we are having now is this.

Yes, All we did was change out the Hot End that you guys replaced. The printer was printing pretty flawlessly before we switched it out. Now it's printing like garbage.

Yes, we had all this working fine until you guys sent me a new hotend, now the printer prints like garbage so we are redoing all calibrations.

I have downloaded the Aurduino and need to burn the firmware but Sanguinololu is not showing up in the list of Boards??????

Details? Stopped in the middle of printing, sparked and caught fire. Luckily I was in the room to catch it or my house would of burnt down.

Our printer is 4 months old and has been running fine. Hot end temp is always at 205 printing PLA. Half way through a print the Hot End started sparking and caught on fire....... 4 Months old? Come on guys, these should last a lot longer. Please honor warranty and send me a new one. I can send ...

My printer seem to be stopping or other weird behavior happens. I have tried printing from SD cards and Computer and prints have stopped halfway through prints on several occasions. When the printer just stops (before it's actually finished) there are no errors or anything, just prints printing ...

Controling Fan
I have the I3 Pro B with the Sang.... board, why can't we control the fan. What I mean is turn it off, change speed, etc? I tested and put in a manual GCode to turn the fan off on the extruder and it does nothing.
