I was able to remove it eventually, just had to hit it with a hammer a few times.

I've tried a wrench to remove it, but it appears to be completely stuck. It should be removable, correct?

I had alreadyremoved those but the gear still won't move along the shaft.

The alignment of the extruder gear on my Prusa i3 is not correct, but when I try to adjust it, the gear does not move. I unscrew the tiny holding screws, but can not move the gear along the shaft at all. Is it glued down?

I have a Prusa i3 with a mega2560 + ramps 1.4 controller.

I'd like to get a copy of the firmware so I can make a few modifications on my own. How do I go about getting it?
