As you can seen in the attachment, there is no short circuit. Even if it was a short circuit, lcd screen should display 358 C and not 266 C Error. Finally i need a new board ?

I tried to reupload the firmware, the problem continuous. Even when i changed thermistor, the same issue. Something else that can i do to fix it ?

I followed step by step the previous guide. When i attached a jumper at extruder's thermistor pins and i got 358 ℃ / 0 ℃ and Err: MAXTEMP as you refer. When the jumper is unplugged, lcd displays 266 / 0 ℃ and Err: MAXTEMP constantly. What else would be causing this issue ?

Finally solved, I did exactly what you said, half rotation of stepper driver potentiometer counterclockwise and i got excellent prints

This is my last print. it is possible that the filament stacks always and doing this all time ? I'm planning to change the sanguino board with an arduino mega and ramps 1.4. The firmware is the same and the only thing that i change is the type of board ?

I printed from the sd card 2 objects. The first was the extruder holder that you attached in a previous post, the result wasn't good because of bad print quality especially the infill, but the geometry was perfect. The second object was my drawing and the result was again bad with bad print quality ...

The printer doesn't stop, i kill the print because is a waste of material, and i print online with repetier not from sd card

No there are no errors, the only things that lcd displays are the temperatures and the X Y Z coordinates. I usually kill the print because is a waste of material after problem appears
