Would it not be more convenient to have all the firmware for all your printers and or products listed in your web site or wiki under support/downloads?
You are selling Open Source printers, so why all the control with the software?

I followed the instruction of one of the posts.
I verified the Driver Board voltage at the screw to be 1.0v, it was .858.
After this the extruder motors still did not work.

I am having the same problem.
Neither extruder will work.
I swapped the stepper driver with the x motor and both drivers are ok, the x motor moves when i replace it every time.
I checked the voltage to the screw, it was .858, i adjusted it to 1.05 on all stepper drivers.
