Hello Folks,
after more than a year of having the printer in storage, I finally have time to look at it again.
Sadly, my extruder has sagged a lot. I already bought a new aluminum holder from the GeeeTech store on Aliexpress, but can not find the part which attaches it to the two linear bearings ...

Re: Prusa Pro I3 C - Extruders still dont work
Hello,
yes - the axis can be controled from both LCD and Repetier.
The Extruder can be commanded only from Repetier.

Hello,
I took it from the sticky thread. Weirdly, the extruders can be turned from Repetier...this seems to be an issue of the LCD only!

Prusa Pro I3 C - Extruders still dont work
Hello Folks,
after a long hiatus, I am back in action. I just installed the new firmware for my Prusa I3 Pro C, and the Extruders still cannot be turned.
My test sequence is:
a) Preheat ABS, wait until heat is reached
b) Move Axis -> Extruder -> turn pot, at which point nothing happens
Strangely ...

Re: Motor DOA, extruders do not work
Hello,
whoops, misunderstanding.
I meant something else. Which GPIO pins of the processor on the GT2560 are responsible for the extrudeurs? I have a logic analyzer in my lab and would run a little test program on the process computer.

Re: Motor DOA, extruders do not work
Hello,
big thanks! They just confirmed intent to send a new printer controller and extruder mount!
In the mean time: could you please tell me which GPIO pins correspond to the individual stepper drivers?

Re: Motor DOA, extruders do not work
Hello,
thank you so much for your response. Please permit me to note the following:
a) Cable connection to MoBo is correct, as the board would not heat up otherwise. But this is not a big problem for now.
Big problems are:
a) Motor drivers work, but the extruder still doesnt. We, IMHO, are looking ...

Re: Motor DOA, extruders do not work
Hello,
I now installed the new firmware, but the extruders still don't turn. This is weird, as the motors themselves work perfectly!

Re: Motor DOA, extruders do not work
Picture of wrongly crimped cable. This seems to be a common error, maybe your supplier was tired.
