Can you show me where to plug in fans and end stops?
There is X-min and X-max, Y+/-, Z+/- connections for the end stops on motherboard. where do I plug in them in? I only have 3, not 6. The wiki is unclear.
Also, can you show me where on the motherboard to plug in extruder fan and the motherboard fan? I have 4 ports: PWM Fan, Fan 1, Fan 2, Fan 3 ...

What do I do with Part 64? I have the new motherboard in the picture.
The wiki for the GT2560 is unclear. There are X-min and X-max for the End stops. Do I put it in the min or the max? Also, there are + and - for Fans. Where am I supposed to put the fans on the motherboard?

When I rotate them through the rods, they become stuck because there isn't any threading inside the holes of the acrylic. I'm afraid of cracking the acrylic because I know it's brittle. There is enough distance at this point.

Z top mount holes too small for threaded rod

Am I assembling this wrong or are the holes too small? Do I need to get a different top mount?
It's both sides that the issue is happening.
