Re: USB driver no longer works on Mac OSX Sierra
Is there any information as to when? This firmware conversion project has been going for some time now and the software incompatibility issues are rapidly approaching "serious".

Re: USB driver no longer works on Mac OSX Sierra
After the update the drivers were not working at all, but when you plugged in the printer into the Mac, the GT2560 controller would power up with the power from the USB port.
1. FTDI driver version 3.2 was reinstalled and and the printer was plugged in and no power to the GT2560.
2. Reboot and then ...

Re: USB driver no longer works on Mac OSX Sierra
Apple have released signed drivers that provide partial support for the FTDI chip, so the communications are back for Apple MacOSX 10.12 Sierra. But we still have the issues with regard to the old firmware and the need to to use very old software versions to compile the changes to the firmware.

USB driver no longer works on Mac OSX Sierra
With the recent release of MacOSX Sierra (10.12) the USB drivers are now broken. The FTDI Chip site does not have an update and when are Geeetech going to resolve this issue with having ANCIENT firmware that requires us to download really old versions of Java which have security issues which affect ...

Re: Has anyone got experience with these new Peek G2 hot end

Re: Delta Rostock mini G2s Extruder drives Axial motors
Hi Flamtap,
What a shame I already packed up my printer for return to Getech because setting it up totally as a single nozzle printer is something I had not considered trying before. Anyway, if my Ramps 1.4 board arrived before I would have simply swapped out the controller and replaced it with a ...

Re: Delta Rostock mini G2s Extruder drives Axial motors
HI Flamtap,
Are you saying that after you "#defined 2 extruders" in your firmware, then you started having the problems we have all experienced?
Cheers, Rick
