Hello I have not had any luck in solving my problem with the prusa i3 pro C not starting up.

Friend suggested to use the bootloader method in uploading the firmware. Is this type of uploading possible?

I can install a USB Serial port driver using that instructions but with that driver installed it always times out in the "uploading" phase of the process. I will attach a txt file with the error messages that arduino 1.0.1 shows after the process is finally terminated.

I managed to find a good solution by applying extruder offset settings via setting g-code strings to the printer.

You can sen g-code lines to printer with repetetier host.

Here's a picture attached showing the slight misalignment. It's most visible in the wipe tower highlighted in red.

X axis has about 0.7mm and Y axis about 0.5mm I don't remember the exact measurements right now.
