jamest,
I originally had a problem with G29 thrashing the arms around wildly and then slamming down pretty hard onto the plate. In my case it was because the Z stop probe logic was backwards. If your G28 (retract all three axis' to home positon) works fine but G29 thrashes around and crashes, try ...

Re: Mini G2S Extruders not extruding
Yeah. I have tried several temperatures from 190-215 for PLA and none of them worked. They are sending me new thermistors and nozzles finally. I hope this takes care of the issue and gets this printer going.

Re: Mini G2S Extruders not extruding
I have tried that too and am unable to force material through either hotend. It just slowly oozes out a little melted material but it never extrudes a filament. I am pretty sure I need replacement hotends.

Re: Mini G2S Extruders not extruding
It tries but nothing happens. I can not force material through manually either by holding the extruder 'clutch' down and pushing on the material. I believe the hotends are bad even though they heat up.

Re: Mini G2S Extruders not extruding
I checked the voltage last night and they were about .7v. I adjusted them up to 1.0v and it did not make a difference. I was told via a previous email to targe 1.0v with the extruder motors.

Mini G2S Extruders not extruding
So I think I just about have everything dialed in on my G2S except the extruders don't seem to extrude. I have the 0.35mm nozzles with my kit. I do have trouble feeding the 1.75mm filament into the lower feeder tube that goes down to the extractor. I usually have to move the fan out of the way in ...

Re: Problems setting up Delta G2S (auto-leveling)
Yes, the G28 home function works perfectly well on my printer. Right now, the only problem I am having is with my extruders/hotends, but that's another topic so I won't contaminate this one.Mark wrote:How about the endstop status before G29? Is the home function worsks well?

Re: Problems setting up Delta G2S (auto-leveling)
I originally had the problem of G29 thrashing around and crashing horribly. This was the result of the z min endstop logic. The default with the probe down is close instead of open. If you change the Z_MIN_ENDSTOP_INVERTING value to true in configuration.h and re-compile, I believe your problems ...

Re: Problems setting up Delta G2S (auto-leveling)
I actually assembled my endstops in a completely different manner than the picture shows. I put the spring on the screw head side of the carriage and just the nut on the top side. This has enabled me to actually make adjustments to the end stops sho they are properly set. I then set the following ...
