I would suggest moving to better connectors for board and bed.
I do a lot of ABS and have already burned board power connector. Bed connector is showing signs of overheating.

but Pic no.005 (spider/probe) clearly shows another problem.
Loose rod end holders (connection between spider and rods).

First problem here is part design one part has rounded edge, other is sharp. Lucky softer part has the sharp edge ...

When designing part one thing was forgotten. Other side of bearings all-so has to be supported.
Quick fix for production line would be to include plastic or metal washer that has to be inserted between bearings while assembling pulley.

Hi, delivery of my g2s took longer than expected so i had some time to research instructions. I did find a review of device that nicely pointed out things that were wrong with instructions, but all so pointed out some design faults.
But for technical person they are good enough, some spider steps ...

i suggest creation of sticky topic for each device you support, something like "delta G2S guide" and first post should be constantly edited with latest links for firmware, parts, mods,... post below are used for general discussion if things work or not.
Cellphone community has this nicely developed ...
