You might have the current set too low for one. It would be interesting to check the current for the one that works, and then set the other one as that one is.

Better i3 Dual Calibration
Hi All,
I had been using a scaling factor for the i3 Dual with stock pullies and z-screws.
This following is pretty good at a 100mm test square.
Scale Factor x and y: .9792, or 1.0208
It was 78.74 steps per millimeter, and now I've set it to 80.377792
Scale z: .9835 or factor of :1.0165
Was 2560 ...

Re: Latest Firmware for i3 Pro C Dual-Extruder Printer
Thanks William Kwok.
Unlike most of the boards I post to, this site does not host photos--even small photos, so I am not likely to post a photo here.
I will compare my firmware version, though I am worried about all the little changes that have to be made before uploading install it.

Well, let me see. No, this message board not only monitors all posts, but also does not provide any kind of photo uploading.
Geeetech still hasn't replied to my request for a replacement part, as I was shipped 2 of z-left motor mounts and none of the right.

Re: i3 Dual: Problems with Y-Axis Assembly

Using manuals and the videos I figured out that I needed to have collars with grubscrews on the shafts.
The Y-Axis motormount needs a redesign. Because they didn't want to put a large hole in the endplate, they made kept the part that projects into the ...

i3 Dual: Problems with Y-Axis Assembly
I have some problems with the Y-Axis assembly, and it appears that I cannot proceed on my kit.
