I tried contacting the sales service(as you said I should)...the first time my E-Mail programm somehow didin't send the mail(as I found out a month or so later), tried ...

Hm....no,it was the technical support(via the contact-formular on their website) cause i thought that this adress would make more sense then the sales-service. But I could try to contact the sales service if you think its more suitable =) As it seems the company has a nice support overall, so ...
