Mightyboard RevG on CTC 3d printer

Hi

I replaced control board on my CTC 3D printer with a MightyBoard Rev G
I have a problem when trying to do a HOME, and I have tracked the problem to the StepsPerMM setting
So, I guess that the mightyboards micro-stepping settings are different from my original board :(

Is there a circuit diagram ...
