Re: control board troubleshooting
0V on all the volt setting (didn't really know which setting to set to measure)
AC input(between "L" and "GND"),DC output(between "+" and "COM").
+ and COM of both give me zero with or without the board attached.
L & GND give me fluctuating -0.1 to 0.37 on the multimeter V --
EDIT!!!

Re: control board troubleshooting
@DQW
Yep,should be on.
Ok I tested de PSU while connected to the net but not to the board. 0V on all the volt setting (didn't really know which setting to set to measure)
Then I plugged the Board on it and still 0V on all setting.
So I turned the potentiometer and tested again, 0V, turned it ...

Re: control board troubleshooting
This might be a dumb question.
But do I put the PSU ON and connected to the electricity? When testing with multimeter.

Re: S-180-12 PSU Failiure
First check if you have the L/N/G cables correctly connected, then check the 110V/220V switch on the PSU.
This I already did with first malfunctioning and second malfunctioning psu.
The next move is to unplug the board from the PSU and measure the AC input and DC output with a multimeter.

Re: Prusa I3 - Power supply stopped working
Can it be overloaded from the first connection? It instantly did not work.
No green light only the light from the I/O was on. How do I prevent overloading.
And more important how did it suddenly become overloaded? It wasn't overloading before.
Thanks

Re: S-180-12 PSU Failiure
The green light doesn't go on with the new one. So my guess it wouldn't go on with the older one. The light from the on/of button does go on??????

Re: S-180-12 PSU Failiure
I had this problem after a year of usage, it suddenly stopped working.
I ordered a new one on geeetech after asking the type of my psu. I installed it today and the same thing happens. nothing.
I hear a slight buzz. But nothing powers on?
