No software communication with GT2560 Rev A

I have an i3 Pro X and I am having a hell of a time getting any communication from the Repetier-Host. Repetier-Host version is 1.6.0 and Repetier-Server version is Free 0.70.1.

The server connection shows that it is connected to the printer, if I disconnect it the printer, I can then reconnect it ...
