I used the Marlin PI3 pro code. I VERY happy. Seems to respond faster and print more reliably

I bought this board because I was told by the supplier that it was no longer available and I needed to get back up and running as fast as possible.
The board fried its on board power supply stopping the fans, dropping the 5v to 3v and the 12 below 3v.

I printed something today and noticed the fans had stopped. The just bobbed back and forth. The 12v to the fans had dropped to 3v after the first spin up.
This includes all the fans. The extruder fans, the heater fan as well as the Control Board cooling fan.

Z axis stutter
Z axis on returning home stutters. Move away its smooth, prints ok but gets thrown off calibration when it does go bad.
I swapped the driver chip from the X Axis with the Z Axis and its not the problem.
Threaded rod is clean as are the bearings on the smooth rods.
