No the one extruding is a few tenths of a mm lower that the other. I didnt level the second one yet, but wanted to make sure the first extruder was running. If they were levelled it would only make it worse.
Can it be that it is extruding too much material? So the first layer is too thick.

I have the same issue, in the first layer, the nozzle from extruder2, hit the extruded plastic and peels everything off. My extruder2 is even slightly higher than extruder1.
