the pdf doc describes "Connect heating wires for hotend to hotend 1. " The wiki: "Connect heating wires for hotend 0." That's good.

M201 - Heating extruder
The heating of the extruder will never end. Repetier-Host Mac 0.56 display Extruder 2: -19°C. I'm not cold.
