Re: I3 Pro B Filament Feeder problems - WARRANTY
@Palad0n . It seems that my Issue was solved by changing the feeder to the aluminium one.
i can print and it seems it's going perfectly. Besides some occasionally skipping steps. but i guess that's because of the filament roll and not having enough for to push it.

Re: Prusa i3-B Problem Printing ABS
Hi there.
I have managed to get a fairly accurate print with 0.5 nozzle. It still seems it lacks layers from time to time, like either its too far, either it doesn't extrude enough.
Also when get the temp up on the extruder to start pushing out plastic...when click on the extrude 10mm in repetier ...

It seems i have managed to get it to print with the ABS.
It's very low quality. It seems to be working if i manually push the filament until it gets the flow going then it starts to print but after some time it just gets stuck... with the same ...

Re: Prusa i3-B Problem Printing ABS
Hmm i haven't tested yet the bed adhesion as i'm still to the "not extruding right" phase. I will try different options, also i have white painters tape as i couldn't find the blue one in my area.
I've tested the 3D Benchy boat with wood filament, but the print quality was pretty bad, but this was ...

Hey.
Sorry i have linked with the wrong video.
Here is the Extruder Video
I don't have a multimeter nor a thermometer .I will try to find a way to check for these things.
For me what it looks it's like the ABS is very hard to extrude efficiently. I've manged to get it to extrude "easier" at ...

Pushing the filament by hand at 260 still requires a lot of force to push it down. If i compare it with when pushing at ±240C i htink it might be easier at around 240C ...

Re: I3 Pro B Filament Feeder problems - WARRANTY
Interesting Palad0n what you are saying.
Are you trying to print PLA or ABS? I have managed to get reasonably good quality on my PLA, but the ABS i've got ( from ice filaments) it managed to ruin a .3mm nozzle by clogging it, and it is underextruding for a .5mm nozzle. It seems that the ABS just ...

Prusa i3-B Problem Printing ABS
Hi all.
I have got myself about 2 months ago a Acrylic prusa i3-b which comes with the GT board, 0.3mm mk8 Extruder and LCD2004 Display.
I've managed to build it ( i was left with a ton of spare washers :) ) and i've managed to configure, calibrate (Hight temp calibration) and get pretty good ...
