Finally I found the problem, I'm very stupid, it was just the nut hurting the plastic before it the plate activate the Y min endstop (the following picture)

Yes i did this but still do the same error

i try to swap the Y MIN with the Y max , the card reconize the endstop but the Y motor still not stop when the the Y endstop is hit, i try swap the pololu a4988 with an orther and still do the same error and the endstop is good

i thinks the problem came from the GT2560 board

The y min slot on the board doesn't work, the endstop work perfectly

printer functioned well ybut today the limit switch Y doesn't work is supplying power and when it is activate this power cut but the motor continue to run as if the limit ...

Before is the repetier host 1.6.0 give in the geeetech manual instruction and now the repetier host 1.6.2

I found the solution i reinstall repetier host and now the piece is print in the center of the heatbed and before the piece was peinted on the axis x

i reverse the x motor sens in marlin because the motor turn in the wrong sens and now the homing is good on the 3 axis but when i try to print a piece the printer try to print in -x and hit the x endstop but the orther axis work well, i can't find what is the problem
