Maybe  Having checked out that version of firmware, it appears to be identical to the one I have issues with.
My experience with the G2S so far is that I've spent a disproportionate amount of time between tinkering with firmware and actually printing. I do some commercial printing so I can't ...

Re: G2S Pro Dual extrusion Z level issues
I've spent another full day trying to correct this, can't get any consistent results from it. I thought I had a lead regarding the slant on extruder 2, apparently it's caused by firmware extruder offsets - if you zero them and use Cura/Slic3r soft offsets it should work. Having made that change, I ...

Re: G2S Pro Dual extrusion Z level issues
I have redone my firmware with RC7 now, it's a bit better but dual extrusion still seems to send an unregistered climb of .2mm whenever switching extruders. Obviously, if you are printing layer "x" from two heads, they should both be set to the right z level. What happens is that t0 prints, then t1 ...

Re: GT2560 and 5V servo
Thanks for posting this, I have been able to do this mod and get the servo working. I can't believe the board designers didn't think to open a few auxilliary pin headers for expansions like servo control. My board version doesn't even have 3-pin endstop ports, only 2-pin! (there is another method of ...

G2S Pro Dual extrusion Z level issues
Hi all,
I have 2 issues with my G2S when trying to print dual extrusion prints.
Firstly, the Z level of the extruder 1 pass is always set at 0.19. Nothing I do seems to change this and auto levelling seems to have no effect. Same goes for altering the Z offset. This means the first run is down too ...

Re: Rostock Mini G2S Auto Level Malfunction
I had exactly the same issue, been driving me mad! It was that damned endstop connection.
However, I found that the "ascending" problem stated in Brent's first post can still happen (for me at least). There is a bug in the firmware that seems to be triggered by the probe endstop state during homing ...

Re: Z axis height DELTA_RADIUS has no effect (G2S pro)
I thought the adjustments were having no effect too, but just entering differences of 1 or 2 wasn't enough (in my case). I ended up adding 24 and then reducing it down to 20 to get mine right - a convex sweep of about 3mm. I found the best thing to do is note the numbers very accurately each time ...
