I did not checked in case of printing via USB, but it occurs every time I print from SD.
It seems the feedrate decreasing in function of z height.

Feedrate decreasing during printing M201
During printing the feedrate (showing on the LCD) continuously decreasing. Around 30mm height the feed rate decreased to 36% from 100%.
I guess it is not normal, the printing speed was very slow of course. Should I change any settings to avoid this?

Yes it is really weird and annoying...
Yes I have stored the memory after every changes, I took care about this step carefully.
3 months ago It was working fine, previously it had an y layer shifting problem which solved by increasing the motor control voltage to 0.9V.
