You are running .3 nozzle that does not put out much plastic you must have minimum nozzle /bed clearance
and then try running 200% extrusion on first layer. This makes the 1st layer thicker, neater and it sticks much better.

Z axis problems can be amplified by incorrect X axis locking collar location and belt tightness.
The geeetech manual indicates putting the X rod locking collars on the outside of the Z axis bracket don't do this.
First Put the collars on the inside of the bracket (the Extruder side) - this stops ...

Check your Teflon lining in the print head, If it is burnt or too long it shrinks on the filament when hot and causes it to jam.
If the teflon lining is burnt replace it (I have drilled them out a little to ease the problem) - make sure the lining is not too long it must be level with the 8mm ...

In 2016 I purchased a Geeetech Acrylic Prusa i3b pro kit - using it while I write this.
Good learning curve and has been a good little printer once you sort out the bugs.
The biggest problem I had initially was z axis jamming (i believe this may also be your problem)
