I confirm: after update to new firmware every problem was solved.

Older version of Marlin firmware are bugged and autoleveling don't work.
I've downloaded last RC (v 1.1.0 RC8) from github, made some changes in "configuration.h" and in "pins_ULTIMAKER.h", compiled and uploaded. ;)

With my firmware autoleveling is faulty.

today I've finished mounting the 3d touch sensor and, finally, everything seems ok.
Commands M280 P0 S10, M280 P0 S90, M280 P0 S120 and M280 P0 S160 are working but auto levelling doesn't work.
If I send command for homing X from repetier, it work. And also work command for homing Y,
