So short update: the metal extruder is working.
With the plastic one, I figured the steppers were going reversed and fixed that in the firmware. But then the fstepper doesnt manage to press the filament into the hot-end, it cant move, if the filament is down into the hot end. It just jumps forth ...

Ok thank you, well I see the problem. I've bought a metal mk8 now, hope that one will work. With that - and able to print - I will build a new feeder for the extruder, then the old one wasnt in vain.

Btw: would it help to use 3mm filament instead of 1.75 ? With regards to tension problem within the plastic extruder?
