Hello, I am having a problem with mi new Delta G2S:

When I send something to print, the filament doesn't move not even 1 mm

But when I handle by manually (In the repetier Host , in tab Control Manual) the filaments extrude well.

1 - This is the video of the printer "printing" and filament doesnt ...

Could anyone fix this issue? Or just keeped yours printers not working?
