Problem fixed !

After a double check on my side, i figured out that X and Y axis are flipped out (steppers motor and endstop detector) ...
The 2 problems have to be linked somehow. I start a unsymetric print to validate this solution...

Thanks for this post, i'm able to print in decent quality after a long but nice building phase :)
I still have an issue why my Prusa I3 B and i can't figure out how to configure my firmware: configuration.h
All my print are mirrored in Y axis, moreover, i need to flip X and Y in repetier interface ...
