Z-axis is solid, replaced the X and Y belts with steel belted stuff and tensioned properly for free movement, shafts are all clean and lubed and move with no issues. Temperature at the extruder is extremely consistent due to replacing the temp sensor with what I think is a ...

Print issue diagnostic needed...
Here's a pic of the 20mm calibration box. Overall it prints pretty darn good, BUT, why the diagonal lines? See pic.
Tried a bunch of settings but can't get rid of them. All prints have them, even larger prints but larger prints are not this regular.
Any suggestions?

Re: Extruder Heating Problem
Do a PID tune ( http://reprap.org/wiki/PID_Tuning ) and if that doesn't work install a new temp sensor.

Thanks, William.
Can you get us some data and schematics for the revB board? That would help a lot.

Geeetech gt2560revB Board data
Hello.
I'd like to make some modifications to my MeCreator 2 and it would be nice to have some more data on the gt2560revB board regarding all of the pin information and input/output specs. I'd like not to have to disect the board to measure everything. My goal is to add a 3D touch sensor and/or be ...

avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout-workaround
Hello, again.
Please, feel free to view some other posts I made about this problem and some others. I found a way to bring this gt2560revB back to life. After searching and viewing a lot of posts from many different forums, including links from this one, I decided this morning to fix it or break it ...

Re: MeCreator 2, gt2560 and reflash gone bad
William, the suggestion would be a good one except that there is no communication between the MeCreator2 and the computer. The USB port refused connections. How do I get a new board?

MeCreator 2, gt2560 and reflash gone bad
Hi.
Did a reflash and something happened that's not good. I've done this a few times and had it work out just fine but after the last firmware burn I'm getting two rows of blocks across the display and nothing happening as far a a boot-up. Any further reflash attempts results in this message in ...

Re: Max Temp Errors - MeCreator 2
Thanks, that was my assessment.
Is the thermistor replaceable or fixed permanently in the hot end? Would this be a warranty issue, and if so, how do I get a replacement hot end with thermistor?
thanks,
tony
