I tried using both 5 and 10 layers for top/bottom, same issue. Believe me when I say I've tried everything.

Can you try printing something using the profile/settings you uploaded? And see if it has the same issue. I think this is a software issue.

I'm having trouble printing using this profile/settings. I imported and verified them exactly, but my prints all have strange line spacing on both the top and bottom layers. See photo below.

The sides print fine, it's the top and bottom that seem to be underextruding or something.

I'm using a Mac so I can't load the Easyprint 3D software at all (it's Windows only).

I'd like to use Cura as I have in the past, but I need to add the printer manually. Does anyone have a Cura profile or at the very least screenshots of all the printer settings I'll need to set things ...

Can you post screenshots of the rest of your settings? I have a Mac and thus can't even load the EasyPrint 3D software, so I'm using Cura. Also open to using Repetier-Host if need be.
