Re: New Day... New Problem - Asymmetrical print

After struggling several days I found the problem.

The reason is backlash.
The fixing on the belt of the Y axis (bellow the bed) had a loose nut/screw and so was not properly fixed.

I removed the loose nut/screw and replaced with something that I've improvised.

The backlash is away. Still getting ...

Re: New Day... New Problem - Asymmetrical print

Increased the power on both X-Y motors. Still same issue.
It seems it is a firmware bug. The g-codes are badly interpreted by the firmware.

Is there any way to flash a "standard" Marlin FW on this printer like on Geeetech Prusa I3?
I don't mind not using the LCD.
As it is now, with this FW the ...

Re: New Day... New Problem - Asymmetrical print

Hi William,

I will try this, I hope it works.
Attached a better screenshot on the issue.
Did someone else got these issues and this voltage increase helped?

Re: Multiple issues with E180 out-of-the-box

Hi William,

I purchased the printer from Germany via Gearbest EU Store.

What doesn't "related sales" means?
How the sales team could help me?

I really like the printer, I fixed already all issues, I've expected some quality issues, but now I think (if increasing the motor power will not work) I'm ...

Multiple issues with E180 out-of-the-box

A product that was nicely designed (E180) that supposed to be user friendly gets already very bad reputation on internet.

I will give bellow a list of issues I've got (I'm not the only one):
- Bed had the timing belt detached, one of the bolt didn't fit well the screw
- The pulleys on the bed are ...

New Day... New Problem - Asymmetrical print

Actually the problem is old, but I had bigger problems than this.

The printer is updated with the latest firmware. Used both Cura slicer and the built in slicer for Easy Print.
Same results.

Rectangular objects that where the motors are not moving on both axes are printed approximately ok.

But ...

Re: USB/Serial communications issues

With the new firmware and a buffer of 511 bytes it seems more stable. With 127 bytes buffer still some errors.

Dirt from the nozzle

Every now and then some dirt drips from the nozzle (see attached pictures)

I'm not the first one reporting this.

Is there any fix for this?

Re: USB/Serial communications issues

Apparently the display fw didn't update. Just the mainboard.
Now it says: V1.13.21
Same issues with the serial communication. The only way to be able to print is to slice it in Cura and then print the gcode in EasyPrint.
Even so... Twice the printing was interrupted after 30-40 minutes.
