the motor on the top for feeding the filament is feeding it the wrong way, is there a way to fix this

I have a mini-delta gs2 pro and have it all set up but the motor won't feed the filament
is there away I can test the feed motors

no matter what I do I cant get the y-axis to go to home
x and z home but y won't

I have followed all the instructions
any idea how to resolve this?
