Anyone up here? I have to return my friend's laptop now. How can I get to this website for solution then? Please solve my query.

My computer restarts itself with a blue screen when I turn it on. It tells me to either restart it again or use other options but when I try to go into the desktop mode, it restarts itself again and I end up at square one. I'm on Windows 10. Can anyone please help me?
