Through the "official" geeeeeeetech webpage, contact us, I sent them a message asking about a replacement bed. Guess what? Their reply was "local vendor." Well, if I KNEW who a local vendor was I wouldn't be contacting them! I bought my whole unit from Amazon and AFAIK, they don't supply parts ...

spare parts?
I've truly put some scratches in my bed trying to remove VERY stuck parts, even using the blue painters tape. If I should need to replace that bed, where does one find the part list to order from, and it's price of course?

Increasing the Z offset to +0.9 pretty much fixed that problem. Don't know why it does that.

printed parts "welded" to the blue tape
Am I doing something wrong, like maybe the bed is too close to the nozzle? The blue painters tape is very hard to clean off the newly printed parts, and of course the tape is ripped up when trying to remove the part from it. How do I clean the parts already printed and how do I stop this from ...

Can't picture how they're used as a spool holder.
I bought one from Amazon in the meantime since I couldn't figure out what those metal parts were for. :)

Bed is fine, believe it or don't. Removing that blue "tape" and then cleaning the bed with rubbing alcohol showed no damage or marks. Nozzle appears fine, too. I did have to reset the zero switch but still have questions about how it's used.
