Hi.
I have the same problem now, a printer from Bremen/Germany
which came as not new, totally warped.
The seller won't react to my ebay return request.
How did it turn out for you?
Any advice would be very helpful.

Re: First print - nozzle runs 1-2cm into plate when auto-home
Hi thanks for your message.
I ran auto-home again and checked the display, auto-home runs to X 0 Y 0 and Z -0.39
When I use the axis-moving function in the menu and go to Z 0 it seems to be the right point from where I could
start leveling with the manual screws. So it seems the printer knows the ...

Re: nozzle being hit by bed
Hi. I have the same problem. The nozzle runs violently into the bed. And tilts the bed approx. 1-2 cm.
Then I hear the click of the switch. It´s quite off. And it seems I can´t manually set a new z-coordinate for
auto-home/home. And no chance to correct that with the manual screws.

Re: First print - nozzle scratches plate
When I try to auto home the plate, the nozzle too runs violently into the bed so the bed tilts to the side.
After tilted for approx. 1-2 cm, I hear a click of a switch.
The printer does not seem to detect the correct height/distance automatically.
How to proceed if auto-home on the z-axis does not ...

first print: nozzle scratched circles into bed
Hi.
I received a Mecreator II and followed the manual - towards my first print.
Used SD card and chose a test file.
The nozzle ran deeply into the bed (bed tilted), and when the print started
the nozzle scratched away the blue tape and scratched cirlces into the bed.
I had to abort the process ...

First print - nozzle runs 1-2cm into plate when auto-home
Hi.
I followed the instruction on the manual that came with the printer.
And was ready to print the test print.
When using auto-home the z-axis, the nozzle run deep into the plate before the switch was triggered.
Then, when starting the printing process, the nozzle scratched away the blue tape and ...
