Bed Temperature Offset
So i'm fairly sure the bed temperature scale is off by some factor. When the bed heats, it heats to whatever "number" you set it to. But when the bed cools to room temperature, it cools to 0 degrees C... and its definitely not that cold in my house. :) I haven't measured what the offsets are, but it ...

I actually adjusted the "print area" in the smartto motor tool to be 330mm x 350mm. This actually takes the print head to the travel extents. Then in software, you can set up the printer with a pad, or dump area of 10x20mm. This seemed to work great for me with repetier.
