Re: Extruder Extension Board from Geeetech

Aren't the capacitive sensor and 3d touch sensor connections reversed in this description? The 3d touch sensor has 5 wires and the capacitive sensor only has 3 wires.

End with print bed at the front not rear of the printer?

Hello Guys,

I have a couple of A30 printers and use Cura 4.5. When my build is done the printer moves the print bed to the rear position Y0 which makes it a pain in the a55 to get to my print when I have my printer in an enclosure. I want the print bed to be in the most forward position when the ...

Re: Pause at layer

I cant help you with your g code but as a temporary solution could you not just hit pause on the LCD screen at the right time, put the bearing in then hit resume?

Re: Printing with Pet-G on the A30

Thanks for the feedback. I was worried about the Pet-g damaging the superplate but based on your findings I should be ok. Im hoing to keep the temperature quite a bit below 250. I believe at around 245 the ptfe tube end down near the nozzle can begin softening and causing issues.

Printing with Pet-G on the A30

Can anyone confirm they have printed Pet-g on the A30 without printer limitation issues?

My main concerns are:
1. That the Pet-G might stick too well to the Super Plate causing damage to the plate to get it off. I have seen pictures where Pet-G takes chunks out of glass build plates.

2. That the ...

printing with ABS?

Hello guys,

Im fairly new to the 3d printing hobby but understand the concepts because I work for a robotics company. I bought a A30 a few weeks ago and have been successfully printing with PLA with no issues. I would like to try ABS in the near future but suspect it might be impossible without and ...
