I have ordered another make printer as A10M going to be offline for month so got a monoprice delta mini and so far for single colour prints (in small size area (Yes i know it hasnt got build volume of A10)) it has been doing better

Q. if you expect any 3d printer to just work out of the box you where mistaken.
A. I know that I had to do repairs when i got it and it had been working ok!
Q. if you find a broken part they will send you another under warranty.

I got the A10M working with 1.1.8 firmware and BLTouch sensor but I do agree the tech support seems to be non-existent at times and the help for A10M is virtual none finding out how to print mixed colour outputs has been a long google search and I still working on it attached is my config.h file ...

Was no clips for plate on A10M its glued to base by looks of it.
I think it was more a fault on motherboard that went pop
It got returned and new one has arrived today hopefully will last longer than 1 week

Going back to amazon today it’s not a short on heated bed as i unplugged all the plugs to check the board just leaving power connected light comes on but nothing else. Also I have checked voltage out of power pack and it’s running at 24v DC

Was printing fine for most of last week even via usb to pc. Wired raspberry pi to usb port using octoprint and first job I tried to print from SD card failed it heated up the bed but not head then proceeded to try and print the file at 20c so stopped it then was a bang noise while I was turning on ...
