Where can I get the file A20T.GCO?

I have just bought an A20 with the V4.0 motherboard. I have fitted the 3DTouch probe and now want to set it up. There is a good YouTube video for this but it recommends printing a file called A20T.GCO to establish the bed level is optimum.
