Ah I don't think I have a PTFE tube with my printer, could be that causing it?

Prints stopping halfway through
Everything seems to be working more or less perfectly now, but my extruder stops working about 20 mins into any print. Is this a common problem? How do I fix it?
This was PLA at 200 degrees, which seems to work for a while.

Bricked Prusa I3 Pro B, anyone understand how to fix firmware?
I was flashing firmware because my printers (Prusa I3 Pro B) Y axis was working in reverse, and it encountered an "unknown error". Now I'm worried that I have broken the board forever.
Is there any way to factory reset the board? I'm trying some things with the Arduino software with little success ...
