Have you got this printer and find it near impossible to level?
Check your bed bolts, I found that every time I wanted to print, I had to level the bed again, most times I found it hard because a corner would run out of adjustment.

Hmmmmm, i have not got anything bad to say, i think support has been great, all my questions have always been answered promptly, my replacement glass bed and heat tray which arrived to me in melbourne within 2 weeks. thank you Geeetech, you rock

I also use the geeetech parts paper to set my height, It seems to be a different thickness than an A4 sheet, If you had a good quality gloss print paper, that also adjusts height good.

Dont know if I am too late with this post but, I had the same issues, I have now increased my extruder temp to 210 degree, my glass bed at 75 degree and I now use a very sticky hair spray,,,all is perfect for me now.

I found the same thing, just using the tension screw fixed them both up.

Thankyou so much for sending me a replacement glass top and assembly, after I fitted them, it levelled up nice and easy, now I am getting full prints.
